When?

A two night retreat in February 2026, starting on the 6th and finishing on the 8th.
Arrival time after 5pm with a checkout on the 8th at 10am.

Where?

Our retreat will take place in Big Sandy at a peaceful lakefront home in West Tennessee, about 2 hours drive from Franklin. The house comfortably hosts our group with multiple living areas, two kitchens, 5 cozy bedrooms, and plenty of space to gather. View Pictures of the Accommodation HERE.

You’ll find beautiful water views, a private dock, kayaks, hot Tub, a fire-pit, paddle boards, hammocks, and serene outdoor spaces perfect for reflection, prayer, and sunset conversations. Inside and out, the atmosphere is calm, inviting, and ideal for reconnecting with Jesus and one another.

What to Expect?

ARISE is a weekend created for friends by friends! A getaway for women who want to seek Jesus, deepen friendships, and be strengthened in purpose. Throughout our time together, you can expect a meaningful blend of rest, connection, and encounters with God.

We’ll gather for WORSHIP, hear from guests, and share in intentional moments designed to refocus our hearts - including a delicious Daniel Fast Menu to help us posture ourselves before the Lord. There will be space to PRAY, reflect, journal, and listen for HIS VOICE.

You’ll have plenty of time to connect, build new friendships, and encourage one another in Christ. We’ll also enjoy creative moments—like our vision board activity, helping you capture what God is speaking for the season ahead. And for those who want to unwind, there’s a hot tub overlooking the water—perfect for quiet conversations or a peaceful end to the evening. Above all, this weekend is about seeking Jesus, lifting each other up, and arising into the women He has called us to be - together.

Feasting & Fasting:

All meals for the weekend are included, and together we’ll be embracing the Daniel Fast - a cleansing, plant-based rhythm inspired by Daniel’s desire to seek God with clarity and devotion.

This fast isn’t about going without; it’s about feasting for spiritual & physical health - on fresh, vibrant, nutrient-rich foods that nourish both body and spirit. You might be surprised by how flavorful, satisfying, and yummy our handpicked menu will be!

In true sisterhood and family-style warmth, we’ll prepare our meals together—chopping, cooking, laughing, and sharing the kitchen like a big cozy home. Every dish is wholesome, delicious, and crafted to draw us closer to Jesus and to one another.

If there are certain foods you love or feel comforted by, you are welcome to bring them along. And please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs so we can make sure everyone is safe, supported, and well cared for.

Our heart is to create a welcoming, home-like atmosphere where we feast in celebration, fast with intention, and enjoy the sweetness of walking this journey side by side.

Capturing Moments:

One of your hosts is a photographer, so throughout the retreat you’ll occasionally see her quietly capturing the beauty, joy, and connection that naturally unfolds. All of these memories will be gifted to you after the event to cherish. She won’t photograph during sessions, times of ministry or worship, but she will capture moments during meals, fun activities, and our sunset group photo before we wrap up.

If you’d like a fresh portrait - something simple, natural, and truly you - there will be time set aside for that too! Whether you’re a mom who’s never in the photos because you’re always the one taking them, or you’re single and would love a new profile picture, we’ve got you covered. A big part of this retreat is celebrating the BEAUTY of who you are and how God created you.

Cost & Booking:

$200 - Including lodging for 2 nights, food, beverages, and retreat activities.

When we prayed and planned ARISE, our heart was to keep it completely non-profit, created as a labour of love, not a business. We wanted this to be affordable, accessible, and something we ourselves would joyfully invest in… so even us hosts are paying the exact same cost as every guest. Our desire is simply to invite women to the table with Jesus - to rest, reset, and truly ARISE. The $200 covers everything at cost: two nights of lodging at a high rated accommodation, all meals and drinks, activities, and photographs.

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your spot. Please complete the booking page, and once your place is confirmed, we’ll send you the details for submitting your deposit. (All deposits are non-refundable, but if your circumstances change, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another person).

Space is limited, and once we reach full capacity, we won’t be able to accept additional bookings.
So we encourage you to secure your spot early!
