Comfortable clothes, a swimsuit for the hot tub, a journal, your Bible, a water bottle, and anything else that helps you relax and rest.
Also, bring one nice outfit for our group photo. One of your hosts is a photographer, and you’ll have the chance to get a fresh portrait taken if you’d like!
A more detailed packing list will be sent to all attendees closer to the retreat date. -
When we prayed and planned ARISE, our heart was to keep it completely non-profit—created as a labour of love, not a business. We wanted this to be affordable, accessible, and something we ourselves would joyfully invest in… so every host is paying the exact same cost as every guest. Our desire is simply to invite women to the table with Jesus - to rest, reset, and truly arise. The $200 covers everything at cost: two nights of lodging in a high rated accommodation, all meals and drinks, activities, and photographs.

All deposits are non-refundable, but your spot can be transferred to another person if your circumstances change.
If you’ve made full payment and need to cancel less than 30 days before the retreat, we kindly ask that you try to find someone to take your spot. If you’re unable to do so, your payment will be forfeited, as the retreat costs will already have been committed.

To grow in Christ, we need to be brave, honest, and sometimes a little vulnerable. You will never be pressured to share anything, but if you or others do, we ask that all conversations stay within the group. Let’s create a safe, supportive space to grow, heal, and seek Jesus together.

Yes! We’ve prayerfully chosen a Daniel-fast–friendly menu that is plant-based, nourishing, and delicious. Teas and coffees are included (unsweetened, with plant-based milk alternatives), so your coffee fix is safe!

Absolutely! We would truly appreciate any help. If you’re gifted in worship, cooking, decorating, or creative arts, feel free to let us know.
One of the beautiful parts of this retreat is that it’s very “family-style.” We’ll all pitch in, whether that’s helping in the kitchen, tidying up, or simply looking out for one another. Your willingness to serve is a blessing, and many hand make light work! -
There is absolutely no pressure, but when it comes to structure, we are intentional with our time! We may look formal on paper, but really, we’re just a group of friends wanting to go deeper with God and each other. The schedule is purposeful yet flexible, with space for worship, speakers, creative activities, personal reflection, and even some relaxing time in the hot tub!
